Our Client is a leading Shipmanagement Company managing a diverse fleet of Vessels.

For their exponentially growing operations, they are looking for a 'Fleet Manager, Dry', based in Limassol.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable technical management role.

• Possession of a Chief Engineer’s Certificate of Competency, with hands-on sailing experience as Chief Engineer aboard Dry Bulkers.

• Proven expertise in managing OPEX budgets and preparing accurate financial and technical reports.

• Solid understanding of international maritime regulations and compliance standards

• Demonstrated ability to plan effectively, manage resources, and lead multidisciplinary teams. Customer-focused, with a proactive and service-oriented approach to problem-solving

• Excellent command of written and spoken English
