JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Projects coordination (concept to completion)
• Interface between supplier and business, first point of contact
• Facilitates communication between business and technical teams, analyses business processes, transposing the needs with the goal of fulfilling them
• Helps, supports, oversees projects implementation, especially in the technical aspects involving automatic information transfers, Microsoft SQL and data bases, infrastructure changes and/or security of information
• Monitors, summarizes & reports projects status, costs, budgets
• Creates & maintains project documentation (description, specifications, process maps, timelines & schedules, tasks & deadlines, changes etc.)
• Conducts and oversees testing sessions together with the business & technical departments
• IT suppliers invoices registration and drafting annual renewal addendums with suppliers

Helps building or improving internal procedures and work-flows

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in project and process management
• IT background:
  • knowledge in Microsoft SQL; Crystal tool; data bases - at least on basic level: queries, automatic jobs and tasks, views, store procedures
  • knowledge in information security and infrastructure
• Attention to details and multitasking skills
• Opened, honest and committed
• Takes personal responsibility, good communication skills
• Team player, proactive, energic, adaptable
• Can handle pressure and delivers results in due time
• Problem solving & conflict resolution abilities                                                                                                                                
• University
• Project management skills with accent on agile methodology
• Microsoft SQL, data bases admin
• Infrastructure and information security knowledge
