Role & Responsibilities (You'll be improving and responsible for)
- Oversee the administration of the CRM
- Champion the training, adoption and updation of Sales Process
- Partner with the Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management
- Ensure the data on Leads is properly entered into the CRM and in a timely manner
Background and experience (Your background and experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Operations role within a SaaS company
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree is preferred

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Skill-sets and traits we're looking for (You're awesome at)
- Hands-on experience of SFDC administration is a must
- Good understanding of a sales process in a B2B selling environment
- Shown prior experience of deploying and automating sales processes across a multi-tool Sales tech stack with teams spread across globally
- We are looking at someone who is empathetic and invested in the success of the seller
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Ability to organize, multi-task and work independently on several projects and meet deadlines with high attention to detail
