Our Client is a leading Shipmanagement Company managing a diverse fleet of Vessels.

For their exponentially growing operations, they are looking for a 'Senior Vetting Superintendent', based in Limassol.

About the Role:

This key role ensures tanker fleet readiness and compliance with the highest industry standards.

You will conduct pre-assessments and preparation for SIRE inspections, participate in RightShip vetting activities, and attend vessels worldwide for actual inspections, often combined with onboard marine visits and internal audits.

Office-based responsibilities will include follow-up actions, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and vetting strategy support.

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Vetting Superintendent or Marine Superintendent
• At least 2 years of seagoing experience in a senior rank on tankers
• Strong and proven track record in OCIMF SIRE and RightShip inspections
• Auditing qualifications (advantageous)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Strong capability to lead and influence onboard teams during visits
• Excellent communication and technical report-writing skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate effectively under pressure
• High degree of professionalism, responsibility, and initiative
• Fluent in written and spoken English
