Antal Uzbekistan, based in Tashkent, has been on a remarkable journey since its establishment in July 2019. We specialize in sourcing candidates across the globe, from Europe to Asia and the CIS region.

Our expertise is reflected in successful collaborations with medium to large-sized companies in 15 different sectors, including FMCG, retail, IT, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, banking and consulting.

In our initial two years, we fostered strong partnerships with local and international giants in Tashkent. Starting in Q3 2021, we entered an exciting growth phase, increasing our consultant count from 5 to 15 in just nine months. This surge culminated in our move to our new office in October 2022.

Marat Zalalov joined Antal in 2025.

Previously, Marat co-owned and headed a niche recruitment company in the CIS for six years, during which he conducted more than 500 negotiations with top managers of SMEs and MNCs, interviewed thousands, and hired hundreds of employees for positions ranging from Office Manager to CFO. He grew the business from a four-person startup with no structure into a company of over 100 employees and nine branches across four countries.

For four years, Marat lived in the SEA region (Singapore), where he graduated from INSEAD with an MBA degree and launched startups in the Finance and Maritime industries.

Leveraging his deep knowledge of the local market, industry specifics, and business education, Marat’s goal is to further strengthen and expand Antal Uzbekistan’s expertise, making it the go-to partner for our clients.
