The successful candidate must have hands-on experience manufacturing finished aluminum products and systems—not only aluminum profile manufacturing. ROLE PURPOSE Lead the full operation of the company’s aluminum factory in Ghana, from production planning and technical execution to procurement, quality assurance, logistics, installation coordination, and workforce leadership.
