Human Resource, Admin and Corporate Communication
Job Purpose The incumbent will be a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and driving a peoplecentric, performance-oriented, and future-ready organization aligned with the Company's strategic business objectives. The role will provide leadership across Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Digital Transformation, HR Excellence, and Administration functions across all corporate and plant locations. The position will play a pivotal role in leading the organization's transformation journey by fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, digital adoption, workforce productivity, and leadership development. The incumbent will be responsible for building a high-performing organization through strategic talent management, organizational capability enhancement, process excellence, technology-enabled HR practices, and sustainable stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Human Resource Management Lead the formulation and execution of enterprise-wide HR strategies that support business growth, operational excellence, and long-term organizational sustainability. Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership pipeline development, retention strategies, and performance management frameworks. Develop and strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality talent within the manufacturing and steel industry. Establish robust compensation, rewards, and recognition frameworks aligned with organizational performance objectives. Ensure full compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements across multiple locations. 2. Organization Development, Transformation & HR Excellence Lead organization design, structural optimization, and enterprise-wide change management initiatives to support future business requirements. Drive the organization's HR Excellence Journey through best-in-class HR practices, process standardization, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion business transformation programs focused on organizational agility, workforce effectiveness, capability building, and leadership development. Design and implement competency frameworks, talent review mechanisms, succession planning, and career progression models. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous learning, operational discipline, and high performance. Lead transformation initiatives supporting digital adoption, automation, process re-engineering, and organizational effectiveness. 3. Digital Transformation & HR Technology Spearhead the Digital HR Transformation roadmap by leveraging technology to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and business decision-making. Drive the implementation and optimization of HRMS, analytics platforms, AI-enabled HR tools, employee self-service solutions, and workflow automation. Establish data-driven HR practices through advanced people analytics, dashboards, workforce intelligence, and predictive insights. Promote digital literacy and technology adoption across the organization to support business modernization and productivity enhancement. Lead HR digitization projects focused on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning, employee engagement, and workforce planning. 4. Industrial Relations & Workforce Management Provide strategic leadership on Industrial Relations across multiple manufacturing units while maintaining harmonious relationships with employees, unions, and workmen. Drive productivity improvement, manpower optimization, and workforce planning initiatives across all operational locations. Ensure effective grievance handling, disciplinary management, employee relations practices, and statutory compliance under applicable labour laws. Strengthen employee communication mechanisms to enhance workforce engagement and industrial harmony. 5. Office Administration & Corporate Services Provide strategic oversight for facility management, administration, travel, transport, workplace services, infrastructure management, security, and housekeeping functions. Drive cost optimization, process automation, and service excellence across administrative operations. Ensure business continuity planning, workplace safety, risk mitigation, and emergency preparedness frameworks are effectively implemented. Develop and monitor administration policies, standards, and service-level governance across all locations. 6. Public Relations Strategy & Stakeholder Management Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and corporate image. Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, industry associations, local communities, and key external stakeholders. Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, business councils, and government interactions. Support strategic initiatives involving policy advocacy, external partnerships, and community engagement programs. 7. Corporate Communication & Brand Management Lead internal and external communication strategies that strengthen organizational culture, employer branding, and corporate reputation. Oversee leadership communications, employee engagement campaigns, corporate announcements, social media initiatives, digital communications, and branding activities. Manage corporate events, leadership town halls, stakeholder forums, CSR communication, and employee communication platforms. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, corporate identity, and stakeholder engagement across all channels. 8. Leadership, Governance & Business Partnership Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on all people, culture, transformation, governance, and organizational effectiveness matters. Drive cross-functional collaboration to align people strategies with business priorities and operational goals. Establish governance mechanisms, KPIs, and performance metrics to monitor organizational health and HR effectiveness.
