The job incumbent is responsible for providing functional leadership and strategic direction to the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) program. Develops and monitors HSSE programs tailored to the specific needs of the region and reports on HSSE performance to senior management. Regularly assess HSSE conditions across the region and provide recommendations for improvement, including prevention and control strategies. Promote continuous improvement in all aspects of HSSE across the region - Advise senior management on strategic HSSE issues and support the implementation of HSSE initiatives.
