This is a senior technical leadership position with responsibility for coordinating design, engineering, planning, quantity surveying, contracts, estimating, construction methods and technical information management to deliver buildable, cost-effective and technically robust solutions. Develop standard templates, benchmarks and workflows that improve productivity, reduce rework and strengthen cost and programme certainty. Qualifications & Experience The successful candidate should have: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology or a closely related discipline. A relevant Master's degree, professional engineering registration or membership of a recognised professional body would be advantageous. 12–15 years of progressive experience in construction, design management or a technical office environment. At least 5 years' experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
