Serás la persona responsable de la tienda y del equipo, asegurando tanto el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales como el buen funcionamiento de la operativa diaria. Tu día a día combinará gestión y análisis de resultados con mucha presencia en tienda: liderar y acompañar al equipo, atender y vender a clientes, organizar y reponer mercancía, cuidar el visual y asegurarte de que la tienda funciona a la perfección. ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia previa como Store Manager o Responsable de Tienda, preferiblemente en retail. Orientación comercial y acostumbrado/a a trabajar con KPIs y objetivos de venta. Capacidad para analizar resultados y poner en marcha acciones de mejora. Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de equipos. Una persona cercana, resolutiva, organizada y con iniciativa.
