What You'll DoAlign HR Ops with Company Goals: Develop and implement a People & Culture initiatives that aligns policies, practices, and programs with the company’s vision and strategic goals.Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience: Solve for hiring top talent, implement best practices and innovative growth hacks for Startup Hiring, provide exceptional candidate experience, lead campus hiring and partnerships with finishing schools to maintain a steady pipeline. Hire across Technical and Non-Technical roles with B2B SaaS background.Employee Experience & Lifecycle: Foster a supportive and engaging work environment, own the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding to career development and retention, support management in creating a great place to work for everyone.Employee Engagement and Recognition: Own the engagement calendar and recognition initiatives across the company, organise successful events and setup supporting partnerships.Talent Development & Retention: Manage internship programs across the company, track progress, provide key insights to ensure a great learning experience and overall success of our internship programs.Operational Support & Partnership Management: Lead daily HR operations, act as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters, and manage external partnerships to support smooth HR operations.Candidate Profile3-5 years of experience with People & Culture initiatives, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and building a high-performance culture in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.Prior work experience with a B2B SaaS StartupsStartup Mindset: High agency, high ownership and result oriented.
