Project Co-ordinator
Key Responsibilities1.Coordinate day-to-day project activities related to construction and infrastructure development.2.Support the Business Head and Chairman in project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.3.Liaise with contractors, consultants, engineers, suppliers, government authorities, and other stakeholders.4.Track project progress against approved timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.5.Prepare regular project status reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, and action plans.6.Ensure proper documentation of drawings, approvals, contracts, permits, correspondence, and project records.7.Monitor site activities and coordinate with technical teams to resolve operational and execution-related issues.8.Follow up on statutory approvals, permits, licenses, and compliance requirements related to port construction.9.Coordinate procurement, logistics, material movement, and vendor follow-ups as required for the project.10.Assist in identifying project risks, delays, cost variations, and implementation challenges, and escalate them to management.11.Support quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance at the project site.12.Facilitate communication between the head office, project site, contractors, consultants, and senior management.13.Ensure project meetings are organized, documented, and followed up effectively.14.Perform any other project-related duties assigned by the Business Head and Chairman.
Preferred Experience1.Prior experience and Knowledge of Port development and/or working with EPC contractor.2.Strong understanding of project coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Minimum Qualifications1.Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering.2.Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, project reporting tools, and documentation systems.3.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience Requirements | MandatoryMinimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction & infrastructure and minimum 5 years of experience as senior/independent Port project Development Manager.
