Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and assess the impact of changes and additional works. Represent the company in meetings with customers, main contractors, site supervisors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with technical standards, contractual obligations, quality procedures, and site safety requirements. Coordinate inspections, testing, defect resolution, and final handover. Maintain project documentation, verify completed works, and support accurate invoicing. Report progress, costs, risks, and resource requirements to management. Candidate profile Technical university degree in building services, construction, or a closely related discipline. Previous experience managing technical installation projects and coordinating site teams and subcontractors. Ideally, at least three years of experience in fire extinguishing systems. Relevant project management experience in plumbing and sanitary installations will also be considered. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Experience in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and progress reporting. Good English, minimum B2 level; German or Hungarian would be an advantage. Good MS Office skills; AutoCAD knowledge would be an advantage. Category B driving licence. Strong organisational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and work according to an agreed project rotation. Travel and working arrangements The position involves extended assignments at European construction sites, followed by time off at home. Rotation arrangements will be discussed according to project location and requirements. Occasional office attendance may be required between projects or for meetings.
