Digital Marketing Specialist
Digital Marketing Specialist Product Marketing, Branding & Content | India Team We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to build the internal marketing function and then to run and grow it. This is a permanent, long-term role, not a project engagement. This is also not primarily a paid-media role. The objective is to ensure that our brand, websites, product positioning, sales materials, customer proof and marketing content continuously move forward and accurately reflect the strength of our products. You will start with a build phase: restructuring the website, establishing brand and messaging standards, creating the first case studies, battle cards and sales collateral, and developing the marketing presence of and as separate products, each with its own identity. Once that foundation exists, the role shifts into running it — a steady cadence of content, customer proof, competitive material, product-release communication and landing pages, across three products that keep evolving. The role sits close to Sales, Product and Management. You will be expected not only to propose ideas, but to turn them into finished, usable marketing assets and coordinate implementation when design or development support is required. Just as importantly, we are looking for someone who thinks ahead. We want a marketer who regularly brings new ideas to the table — new campaigns, angles, formats and channels to grow awareness and pipeline — rather than someone who waits to be told what to do. Initiative, curiosity and a sense of ownership matter as much as execution quality in this role. Key Requirements • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, B2B SaaS product marketing, content marketing or a closely related role. • Breadth: Willingness and ability to work across branding, content, website and product marketing — this is a broad, hands-on role rather than a narrow specialisation. • Location / team: Part of the India Sales & Marketing team, working closely with the CEO and the product teams. Key Responsibilities • Own the continuous improvement of the , and marketing websites, including copy, structure, product pages, screenshots, calls-to-action and new content. • Own brand consistency across all three products — tone of voice, visual identity, messaging and how , and present themselves across every touchpoint. • Coordinate website changes with internal developers, designers and external marketing partners, and follow them through to completion. • Create high-quality customer case studies and turn customer results into credible sales and marketing proof. • Build and maintain competitor battle cards, competitor research and clear product differentiation material for the sales team. • Create and maintain sales-enablement assets including one-pagers, product presentations, feature sheets, demo/trial support material and short product videos where relevant. • Develop content around product capabilities, customer use cases, product releases and market expertise. • Own the marketing execution for and , including their websites, branding, positioning, use cases, sales collateral and future case studies. • Proactively propose and test new marketing initiatives — campaigns, content formats, channels and growth experiments — and bring a point of view on what we should be doing next. • Work closely with the Sales Representatives and Saloni to identify recurring prospect questions, objections and competitive situations and convert them into useful marketing assets. • Work with High Five on the website/content requirements needed to support SEO, Google Ads and paid acquisition, while High Five remains responsible for managing those acquisition channels. • Maintain a prioritized marketing roadmap and ensure agreed deliverables are completed consistently and on time.
