Team Coordination & Maintenance Support Coordinate Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control (EI&C) maintenance teams during maintenance and testing activities. Support commissioning and startup activities for equipment and systems under assigned responsibility. Facilitate effective execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within scheduled outage timelines. Technical Requirements Valve & Actuator Expertise Demonstrated experience working with MOV and AOV systems manufactured by industry-leading OEMs, including: Rotork Biffi Dresser Parcol Velan Emerson Equivalent valve and actuator manufacturers Diagnostic Systems Hands-on experience using one or more of the following diagnostic platforms: Viper20 VOTES Infinity Equivalent valve diagnostic systems Maintenance Activities Valve diagnostics and performance evaluation Calibration and testing Predictive maintenance Preventive maintenance Corrective maintenance Actuator refurbishment Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis Qualifications & Experience Minimum Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience Requirements Proven experience in diagnostic testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MOV and AOV systems. Experience using advanced valve diagnostic equipment and software. Experience supporting outage, shutdown, commissioning, and maintenance activities in industrial facilities. Nuclear power plant experience is preferred. Technical Skills & Competencies Ability to understand and interpret maintenance procedures, engineering drawings, and manufacturer specifications. Strong understanding of valve operation principles and actuator technologies. Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical control systems. Proficiency in diagnostic testing and data analysis. Ability to operate personal computers, handheld devices, and wireless diagnostic equipment. Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities.
