This is a varied administration and order processing role, responsible for coordinating customer orders, liaising with suppliers, arranging deliveries and maintaining accurate records. The role also includes daily bookkeeping and invoicing, with approximately one hour per day spent on basic bookkeeping using Xero. Key Responsibilities Processing and managing customer orders from start to finish Raising and processing customer invoices using an ERP system Liaising with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders Monitoring orders and coordinating deliveries Managing relationships with multiple suppliers Resolving order, supplier and delivery queries Completing basic daily bookkeeping using Xero – approximately one hour per day Maintaining accurate order, customer and financial records Updating internal systems and ERP platforms General administration, paperwork and filing Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational administration About You We are looking for someone with strong administration and order processing experience who enjoys working in a busy and varied environment.
