Role: Identify, generate, and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Achieve annual sales targets of ₹3 Crores or more, including closing enterprise deals valued at ₹25 Lakhs and above. Independently manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure. Drive sales of both on-premise enterprise software and SaaS solutions by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business owners, and key decision-makers while effectively managing stakeholders and gatekeepers. Maintain accurate daily sales reports, track pipeline progress, provide regular updates to leadership, and develop strategies to expand territory revenue and market presence. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a growth mindset, with the ability to work independently and scale the sales team as business needs grow.

● Required Skills and Competencies o 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or related fields. o Strong hands-on programming experience in Python. o Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts and algorithms. o Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks. o Strong knowledge of NLP, Transformers, and modern AI architectures. o Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). o Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation. o Experience with LLM fine-tuning or customization, such as LoRA, PEFT, or QLoRA. o Experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production. o Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. o Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. o Strong understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, microservices, Git, testing, and CI/CD. o Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills ● Preferred Qualifications o Experience with AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure ML, Vertex AI, or equivalent AI platforms. o Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. o Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar MLOps platforms. o Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, or similar AI frameworks. o Experience with agentic AI and AI orchestration. o Experience optimizing AI/LLM inference for latency, throughput, and cost. o Knowledge of model quantization, distillation, batching, caching, and GPU optimization. o Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed data processing. o Experience building AI platforms or reusable AI/ML components. o Experience leading or mentoring AI/ML engineers. o Experience working in a fast-paced product or technology environment.
