Job: Project Manager Consultant
Location: Remote – candidates must be based in Jordan or Lebanon

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery
Lead projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initial concept and proposal development to implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure.
Translate client requirements into clear project objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and success criteria.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, budgets, and implementation schedules.
Coordinate project kick-off meetings and maintain regular communication with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Assign and follow up on tasks across cross-functional teams to ensure accountability and effective collaboration.
Monitor project performance, quality, budgets, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards.
Proposals & Client Management
Prepare professional technical and commercial proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Ensure proposals meet client requirements, submission guidelines, and deadlines.
Build strong relationships with corporate, government, institutional, and private-sector clients.
Prepare progress reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
Gather and analyse stakeholder and user feedback to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Implementation & Continuous Improvement
Coordinate phased project rollouts, training sessions, onboarding activities, and change-management initiatives.
Support the assessment, selection, onboarding, and management of external vendors and consultants.
Maintain accurate, organised, and accessible project documentation.
Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, templates, and reporting systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, professional services, or a related environment.
Demonstrated experience managing projects across the complete project lifecycle.
Experience preparing and submitting official proposals and RFP responses.
Professional proficiency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
Strong proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in workplace wellbeing, employee engagement, mental health, healthcare, human resources, or related projects.
Experience working with consultancy firms, government entities, or large corporate clients.
Familiarity with Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
