We're growing our recruitment platform businesses (job-boards) and hiring a key role within the business to have a big impact on the growth, exposure and drive on the new platform. We are a global executive recruitment organisation with over 130 offices in more than 37 countries.

As a Business Development executive you will work a range of other teams including the senior leadership team. The role comes with great potential for career progression.

As a Business Development Executive, the purpose of the role is to increase the number of clients advertising their vacancies. You will need to confident in picking up the phone and speaking to clients (Software & IT industry) encouraging them to use the job board for their postings, selling the benefits of the job board.

• Candidates need to be driven and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Focus on ensuring the UX meets the needs of clients
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• A good telephone manner
• Ability to sell the benefits of using the job board with diplomacy and patience.
• Ideally, you will be degree educated
