Job duties

  Developing all accounting procedures

Preparing cash out toward operational plan and budget

Organizing internal audit emphasized budget lines

Being emphasized with project management team in order to get high performance  

Developing accounting policies and procedure of the project

 Assuring the adherence of stakeholders to the accounting procedures (partners, project team, medical health staff, health ministry, etc.)   

Coordinating training with all project teams and partners

  Formulating the feedback to all beneficiaries of the project

  Sending accounting report to the founder in the entirely of Manual of procedures

  Presenting financial statement such as Balance sheet, and cash flow

   Working closely with accounting teams from funder teams

  Facilitating   the external audit with experts for approving all accounting procedures and financial statements 

 implementing digital archiving processes 

dropping accounting information to the funder teams on monthly basis 

Required qualifications.

10 years of experience as accounting manager in a development aid project, good knowledge on accounting procedures, internal audit and accounting policies

Bachelor's degree in accounting management or audit.
