We are hiring for a strategic leadership role in Executive Education, focused on driving business growth, building deep corporate partnerships, and expanding the footprint of high-impact learning solutions across India.

Role Overview
As an Associate Director – Business Development, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end revenue lifecycle for Executive Education programs — from identifying opportunities and building relationships to crafting solutions and closing high-value deals.
You will work closely with CXOs, CHROs, CLOs, and senior business leaders to understand organizational needs and design custom executive learning journeys in collaboration with faculty and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development & Revenue Ownership
- Drive new business acquisition and consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate clients across industries
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle — from prospecting to deal closure
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion are
2. Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Engage with CHROs, CLOs, L&D Heads, and CXOs to understand business and capability gaps
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and propose tailored learning solutions
- Build long-term, high-trust relationships with key corporate stakeholders
- Ensure strong client experience leading to repeat business and account growth
3. Solutioning & Program Development
- Collaborate with faculty and internal teams to co-create custom executive education programs
- Translate business requirements into impactful learning interventions
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Stay updated on industry trends, L&D innovations, and competitor offerings
4. Partnerships & Market Presence
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, consulting firms, and industry bodies
- Represent the institution at industry forums, conferences, and networking events
- Contribute to brand positioning as a preferred partner for corporate learning
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development
- Mandatory: Minimum 2+ years in Executive Education Business Development at a reputed B-school / management institute in India
- Proven track record of revenue generation and closing high-value deals
- Strong experience working with CXOs, CHROs, CLOs, and senior stakeholders
- Expertise in consultative / solution-based selling
- Experience in corporate training, leadership development, or executive education programs
- MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute preferred
Preferred Background
- Experience with institutions such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, Great Lakes, etc.
- Strong existing network within corporate L&D / HR leadership
- Experience in designing or selling custom corporate learning solutions
