Key Requirements:
• 8–12 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Business Development
• Mandatory experience in Executive Education business development with reputed B-Schools or Management Institutes
• Strong exposure to consultative selling and enterprise account management
• Proven track record in revenue generation and corporate client acquisition
• Ability to engage and manage relationships with CHROs, CLOs, L&D Heads, and senior business leaders
• MBA from a reputed Tier-I/Tier-II institute preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth for Executive Education programs
• Build and manage strategic corporate partnerships
• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients
• Lead consultative discussions and solution-based selling
• Manage key accounts and drive long-term client engagement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for customized learning solutions
