Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly and periodical financial performance reports at company level.
• Analysis of performance compared to budgets, prior month & prior year numbers.
• Reporting performance for each division and function with concise reasons for variance
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items and enable quick decision-making.
• Identification and tracking of key metrics.
• Preparation of detailed annual budgets at company & division level.
• Monthly P & L forecasting
• Supporting decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
• Prepare and present monthly and periodical client wise profit analysis
• Performing adhoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making
• Prepare monthly utilization report and identify revenue leakage.
• Analyse the movement of expenses including payroll cost.
• Provide critical inputs and analysis for various management meetings

Qualifications: CA (preferably 1st attempt) with 1-4 years of expeirence in MIS Reporting
