Role: Business development

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and opportunities for expansion within the design and creative sectors.
• Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of company.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project scopes, and delivery timelines.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Networking: Represent Designs at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the design or creative industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
