Antal has been asked to recruit a Product Manager for Personal Care. The position allows for remote working.

We are seeking a highly motivated Category Product Manager to join our team to oversee our range of ingredients for the cosmetics and personal care industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, driving sales growth, and managing the product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies in line with company goals and objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends
• Develop and manage the product portfolio, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure the product portfolio remains competitive
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Develop and manage the product roadmap and product lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• A good mastery of the French language is mandatory as well as a very good level of professional English
• Strong understanding of the cosmetics and personal care industry, including trends, regulations, and key players
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive sales growth
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
