Job Description
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and decision support aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance, governance, and reporting standards as per listed entity requirements
- Drive financial discipline, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital optimization
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and strong bookkeeping practices
- Handle investor relations, board presentations, and stakeholder communication
- Lead IPO readiness and execution, including financial structuring, compliance, and coordination with advisors
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, bankers, and external advisors
- Partner with business teams for strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
