Job Purpose:

Our Client, one of the global leaders in the Fintech / Payment space has mandated us to assist in hiring CEO (Nigerian) who will lead her entire Operations in Nigeria. Someone who understands the Fintech ecosystem in Nigeria.

The Ideal Person:

• The ideal person should be someone from the banking industry who currently has responsibility for P& L at C-Level and / or ED Level.
• In-depth knowledge of Payments, Wallet, Financial Inclusion and Fintech in general.
• Understanding how to drive Fintech business across Nigeria and by extension, Africa
• Minimum of 15 years Banking or Fintech Experience; 10 years of which must be at leadership position.
• First degree in any economics/finance/accounting or relevant numerate discipline. Master’s degree / higher degree will be an added advantage.
