Job Summary:

The CEO will provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction to drive the growth and sustainability of a leading Life Insurance company in Ghana. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in the insurance industry, corporate governance, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the company in alignment with shareholder expectations.
• Oversee the development of innovative life insurance products and customer-centric solutions.
• Ensure financial sustainability, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators, government agencies, shareholders, and key stakeholders.
• Foster a strong company culture, emphasizing integrity, performance, and innovation.
• Drive digital transformation and the adoption of technology in insurance operations.
• Ensure compliance with Ghana’s insurance regulatory framework and corporate governance standards.
• Lead a high-performing executive team and ensure talent development across the organization.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the life insurance or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Strong leadership experience in managing large insurance businesses.
• Deep understanding of insurance regulations, market dynamics, and risk management.
• Proven track record in driving business growth, profitability, and digital transformation.
• Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
