Hiring Chief of Staff - Investment & Wealth Management for diversified global conglomerate expanding into financial services including investment banking, wealth management, and alternative investments.

With a legacy spanning over six decades, the Group is now building a next-generation financial services arm focused on investment banking, wealth management, AIF/NBFC businesses, catering to HNIs, family offices, real estate investors, and mid-market enterprises.

Role details:

• Title / Designation: Chief of Staff - Investment & Wealth Management
• Location: Chennai
• Reporting Manager: Founder

Role & responsibilities:

• Partner with the Founder to build and execute new financial services businesses across IB, wealth, AIF/NBFC, and real estate investing.
• Create business plans, operating models, and growth strategies backed by market and competitive analysis.
• Drive end-to-end setup including licensing, partnerships, GTM, branding, and operational launch.
• Build teams, define org structures, and establish leadership hiring and performance culture.
• Support deal sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and execution of investment opportunities.
• Set up governance, compliance, reporting, and investor communication frameworks.
• Manage executive coordination and drive key strategic initiatives across the group.

Candidate requirements:

• MBA or master’s in finance/Strategy; CA preferred
• 6–10 years in IB, Wealth Management, PE, Consulting, or financial venture building
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and SEBI/RBI regulations
• Proven experience in building/scaling businesses from scratch
• Exposure to real estate investments and family office structures preferred
