This is a rare opportunity to step into a defining leadership role at a Swiss-based cybersecurity scale-up with technology that is rewriting the rules of Network Detection & Response (NDR) and User & Entity Behaviour Analytics (UEBA).

Trusted globally for its Swiss precision, the platform gives security teams deep visibility, rapid mitigation, and future‑proof resilience.
Now, the company is ready for its next growth chapter, and they are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to lead it.
Your Mission
As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be the architect of global growth. You will build, scale, and lead the entire commercial engine - sales, marketing, and channel partnerships, turning technical superiority into predictable, repeatable revenue.
Reporting directly to the CEO and joining the executive team, you will take full ownership of ARR and TCV, build a world‑class GTM organisation, and help position the company as the enterprise standard for NDR and UEBA across EMEA and beyond.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for a commercial leader who thrives in fast‑paced scale‑ups and wants to leave a visible fingerprint on a global cybersecurity success story.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Driving ARR Growth & Market Leadership
- Own global ARR and TCV targets, delivering aggressive year‑on‑year growth
- Orchestrate regional GTM execution into one unified, high‑velocity revenue machine
- Win Tier‑1 enterprise customers and establish long‑term revenue predictability
International Expansion from Zero to One
- Design and execute market‑entry strategies for new international regions
- Build a scalable commercial playbook that aligns marketing, sales, and delivery
- Use the “Swiss‑made AI” narrative as a powerful competitive differentiator
Building a High‑Impact Partner Ecosystem
- Develop global channel alliances with distributors and system integrators
- Turn the partner network into a self‑sustaining, scalable revenue engine
Executive‑Level GTM Leadership
- Own the full deal lifecycle—from pipeline creation to close
- Partner closely with Delivery to ensure flawless customer onboarding
- Bring data‑driven rigour to forecasting, CRM discipline, and performance reporting
Who Will Thrive Here?
You are a commercial visionary and revenue operator, equally comfortable setting strategy and closing high‑stakes enterprise deals.
You bring:
- A proven track record scaling revenue in a SaaS or cybersecurity scale‑up
- Experience growing ARR from early or mid‑stage into high double‑digit millions
- Deep understanding of the European cybersecurity landscape, including NIS2, GDPR, and DORA
- The ability to translate complex AI technology into compelling business value for CISOs
- A forecasting mindset rooted in data, predictability, and operational excellence
- Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and the ambition to build—not inherit—a global leader
- Languages: Fluent English and German (additional European languages a plus)
