Antal are working exclusively with a leading Social and Healthcare provider to recruit a Data Architect who is passionate about designing modern data architecture that delivers real outcomes, improves access to data, and enables data-informed decision-making.

???? Hybrid role – with meetings held on a quarterly basis in London or Manchester
???? Salary: £58,000 – £63,000

Reporting directly to the Head of Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping how the organisation accesses, manages, and uses data. You will also contribute significantly to the mid- and long-term Data Strategy, helping to build a trusted and scalable data foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, scalable data architecture
• Create strong data models across analytical, semantic, and reporting layers
• Implement solid data management and governance practices
• Support integration of internal and external data sources
• Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and technical partners to deliver data solutions

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience designing effective modern data architecture
• Strong experience with Microsoft cloud data services including Microsoft Fabric
• Hands-on expertise in SQL Server, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau
• Strong data modelling skills and experience working with large datasets
• Confident managing complex stakeholder relationships
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Desirable

• Experience working with sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical data
• Involvement in large-scale data transformation programmes
• Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies
