Job duties

Developing software that’s to collect the information of the project

Designing all the process to collect data with all stakeholders

Making architecture of how data is flowing across different units and stakeholders

Working closely with program Manager for understanding the needs of all stakeholders

Developing the apps to collect data from health zones and health centers

Implementing system with information management system included and cloud

Developing a training program for all stakeholders

Implementing digital system as main processes

Increasing speed of decision through decision support system

Designing web application components

Working closely with Monitoring & Evaluation officer in order to be sure that processes are efficient.

Organizing the demo of application with all stakeholders

Working with teams of health ministry for tracking data through DHSS2

Working closely with national programs and health ministry

 Required qualifications.

10 years of experience as Data manager in a development aid project, good knowledge of programming language such as JavaScript, Swift, Python, Java, C++, Ruby, Rust, Elixir, Scala, R, PHP, C#, jQuery, HTML, etc.

solid background on Information technology, financial technologies, digital product development, working in a multicultural environment. demonstrated a strong leadership. 

Bachelor's degree in Information technology sciences
