Role & responsibilities:

• Own analytics initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification to impact measurement

• Understand business models, operations, and pain points to identify data-driven opportunities

• Design and deliver diagnostic, predictive, and ML-enabled analytics solutions

• Analyze datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to generate actionable insights

• Build and apply basic machine-learning models where appropriate

• Collaborate with operations and transformation teams to deploy and scale solutions

• Communicate insights clearly and act as a trusted analytics partner to stakeholders

Candidate requirements:

• Strong ability to understand business context and identify analytics-driven opportunities

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and advanced Excel

• Understanding of basic machine-learning concepts

• Ability to translate data analysis into clear, actionable business insights

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Cloud exposure is an added advantage
