Job Title: Deputy Manager – Business Development
Role Overview
Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support backend sales operations, MIS reporting, and business planning for the Exports & Aftermarket division. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, customers, and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth business operations and effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage MIS reports for sales performance tracking and management review
• Support business planning activities (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual)
• Coordinate with key customers and international suppliers for ongoing communication
• Assist in backend sales operations, including order tracking and execution
• Analyze business data and generate actionable insights to improve performance
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting for all stakeholders
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Educational Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline
• MBA preferred (with strong business orientation)
• Engineering background will be an added advantage
Experience Required
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in sales operations / MIS / business planning roles
• Preferably from manufacturing / automotive / engineering industries
• Exposure to exports and aftermarket operations is preferred
• Experience working with international clients/suppliers will be an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates from reputed manufacturing, automotive, or engineering organizations
• Strong exposure to backend sales operations and reporting
• Experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
