Hiring for a Director – Solutions and Sales, for the Eastern Europe geo for a global FinTech / BankTech SaaS platform provider client.

Role & responsibilities:
- Drive regional solutions-driven / ROI-centred sales across Eastern Europe, owning all relevant KPIs and KRAs, like new logos acquisition and ARR
- Meet targets through direct and partner-lead sales, by developing and sustaining relationships with GTM partners like SIs, other channel and advisory partners
- Own the full sales lifecycle from lead origination to contracting to customer success oversight
- Lead inbound sales by owning RFX responses, and client / prospect CXO engagements
- Build and continue to showcase industry presence and thought leadership, to drive traction with CEOs, CIOs, CDOs / Heads of Digital of clients / prospects
Candidate requirements:
- 10+ years of solutions-driven Enterprise Software or FinTech / BankTech sales experience
- Demonstrable sales process excellence, relatable to sustained record of success in sales career
- Strong network of stakeholders across mid-tier Financial Services and Banking providers in major regional markets like Poland, Romania, Hungary, and Slovakia
- Proven experience in driving strong regional GTM and implementation / customer success channel partnerships with major Systems Integrators and Consulting Partners
- Local language proficiency and English fluency – highly preferred
