Solutions & Product Management Leader
Location: Gurgaon
Reporting To: CTO / CBO
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced leader who can understand customer challenges and turn them into practical robotics and automation solutions. This role will work closely with customers, sales, engineering, and operations teams to develop products and solutions that create business value and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and industry challenges.
- Design and develop robotics and automation solutions for industries such as manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and smart mobility.
- Work with engineering teams to convert ideas into market-ready products and solutions.
- Create standard, repeatable solution offerings that can be sold to multiple customers.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize new features and innovations.
- Support sales teams with customer presentations, demos, and solution discussions.
- Develop pricing, business cases, and commercial strategies for solutions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer relationships and introducing new solutions.
Desired Experience
- 12–18 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, warehouse automation, robotics, or smart mobility solutions.
- Experience in building and launching market-ready products or solutions.
- Ability to translate customer needs into scalable business solutions.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Education
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Mechanical, or Business Management.
