Job Description

• Provide support to all departments for matters relating to accounting
• Oversees the activities of finstat preparation & audit, MPR & Performance measurements, subsidiary reporting, monitoring & support, finstat analysis, ratings & market intelligence, team members in line with the job requirements
• Device ways to automate financial reporting requirements
• Tax planning
• Prepare budget and evaluate branch performance in comparison to the budget
• Maximize return on investments by exploring available instruments that are within the Bank’s risk exposure guidelines
• Continuously explore ways to maximize employee benefits with least costs
• Give departmental progress reports to country head
• Liaising with concerned units and preparing all responses to queries from the regulatory authorities and other agencies
• Creating awareness of regulatory documentations for processes and approvals
