Our client is a fast growing Financial Services Group and is looking to onboard a Head of Retail Business to create and grow its Retail Footprint

The Head of Retail Business will be responsible for developing & managing retail products, managing and automating operations and also for overall marketing/branding including Digital Marketing.

Major KRA's

1. Managing existing products and New Products Development

2. Managing Operations and Driving Automations

3. Marketing & Branding

Requirements :

• Candidate with prior experience working as a CEO/COO in some recognized broking company with minimum customer base of 1 Lakh.

• Candidate should be able to drive and grow retail business by leveraging technology

• Experience of advising clients across asset classes.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in teams.

• Should be target oriented and have proven track record achieving those targets

• Will be responsible for online trading platform including all new product enhancements with respect to market changes.

• Collaborating with Technology team to introduce new changes in various retail products and platform.

Required Education, Skill Set & Knowledge:

• Graduate / postgraduate 10-15 Years of Sales experience in direct selling of financial products from any financial services industry.

• Should possess the required in-depth domain knowledge about Equity, Derivatives, Retail Algos, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, Discretionary Products PMS corpus mobilization, Structured Products & any other third party products.

• Should have good communication & Presentation skills

The Ideal candidate would be from a set Broking House at a number two position and looking to create a business vertical and build his / her own team from scratch. The Client assures full support in helping the individual create the vertical and manage the P & L for the same and to drive the business into much higher levels than is today.

Role reports directly to Founder Directors and can be based in any of the major Cities.
