-Centre of Excellence for Program Management
-Manage the prioritization of cross functional initiatives to manage bandwidth and effectiveness of initiatives
-Drive strategic initiatives contributing to the overall organizational strategy
-Create and implement accurate plans and develop success metrics and communication approach for initiatives and projects
- Support the CEO office on business planning, revenue analysis and cost projections for each business unit
-Conceptualize strategic roadmap for all business units and support functions to delivery on strategy
Qualification:Engineering + MBA in Strategy
Required Experience: 20+ years of experience in a manufacturing organization/strategy management role in any reputed large size organization. • Preferable to have candidates with strategy experience from consultants or professionals with chemicals industry / strategy function experience of large corporates
Budget:65-70 lacs/annum
