Overview

An international bank is looking to appoint a Head of Corporate Solutions to lead transaction execution across corporate lending and trade finance.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless coordination from credit approval through to disbursement, working across multiple internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of corporate lending and trade finance transactions.
• Coordinate across relationship management, credit, legal, operations and treasury teams.
• Ensure timely validation of credit conditions, documentation and disbursement requirements.
• Oversee execution of trade finance instruments including LCs and guarantees.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring transactions are completed within agreed timelines.
• Maintain execution trackers, reporting dashboards and performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements and control enhancements.
• Act as a central point of coordination for complex and syndicated transactions.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in corporate banking operations, credit execution or trade finance.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit processes and transaction structuring.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management and execution capability.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and control.

Desirable

• Experience in cross-border banking environments
• Exposure to syndicated lending
• Leadership experience managing execution teams
