As a Head-Legal the Individual will be responsible for:

-Effective and efficient management of the Legal department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks -       

-Managing the following areas pertaining to the organization : 

                   - Non-Litigation matters: safeguard and protect the interest of the company 

                   - Intellectual property rights (Trademarks, patents, logo etc.) 

                   - Litigation matters 

  Experience:  Minimum 20 years’ experience in Corporate & Legal affairs

  Qualification – Master’s Degree in Law Additional: Preferably a qualified Company Secretary

Knowledge & Key skills:

• • In-depth knowledge of regulatory law
  • Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial contract administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration
