Your tasks

 

Your responsibility lies in the on-time production of transmission components from 50 kg to 15,000 kg with the lowest possible inventory and optimally deployed production capacities.

 

You take over the personnel and capacity planning in the production area and lead a motivated team of approx.

50 employees, which are divided into 3 master areas and ensure that the required qualifications are available in your team.

 

They ensure the provision of state-of-the-art machinery and the range of parts, and examine potential new manufacturing technologies (technological and economic) and, if necessary, their implementation.

 

You will also keep an eye on the planning and implementation of investment projects and support you in cost center planning and monitoring in coordination with controlling.

 

You conscientiously pursue the goals of achieving and maintaining the standards for the environment (ISO 14001), occupational safety (ISO 45001), quality (DIN 9001) and resource and energy efficiency (ISO 50001) in the production areas.

We expect an apprenticeship as a technician (m / f / d) or a completed degree, ideally in the fields of mechanical engineering, production or manufacturing technology or a comparable qualification.

 

You have several years of professional experience in the manufacture of gear components

(gear wheels, wheel shafts, pinion shafts, ...)

 

You also have experience as a manager and the potential for further tasks for this position.

 

You have good user knowledge of MS Office programs and have already worked with MES, APS and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).

 

We require good English skills.

 

Your personal strengths include an independent, structured and forward-looking way of working, assertiveness and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

 

You are willing to travel for occasional business trips

(e.g. supplier visits, training courses, customer visits).
