A well known and fast growing international company, leader in household sector, is looking for a strategical role to empower the Italian marketing team:
Head of product marketing
Challenges
New Brand positioning and pricing. Manage product communication and positioning with specific focus on digital tool.
Create synergies and collaborations by processes improvement between business lines, country and headquarter.
Achieve objectives in a fast growing company, facing a demanding new ongoing organization.
Duties
- Medium and long (10 years) marketing and product development marketing strategy definition
- Budget elaboration and monitoring
- market research management and analysis to support business strategy, brand and product positioning competitor monitoring
- Product launch in Italy, in collaboration with international marketing
-training on new products to the sales force
- improvement of technical, economic and functional product portfolio items by defining the requirements (also with regard to packaging) based on Italian market needs
-Collaborate with new products / accessories development team, analyzing the market positioning of the brand (also in comparison with the most relevant competitors)
-retail and sales material development
-operational sales planning working with procurement, production and supply chain department
- product pricing
- brand positioning and awareness (online and off line reputation)
- International project management and management of inter-functional team
-team management
Profile
-10 years experience in a similar role and 5+ years in management role
- Master's degree in Marketing / Communication / Economics
-Fluency in english
- preferred experience in consumer goods, automotive companies, or companies with strong sales networks and / or franchises
-and experience in a company with direct o door to door sales network will be a plus
- experience in international environments and in an international role
-strong analytical skills, leadership and good relational/communication skills are required
-innovation attitude is a plus
