HR BUSINESS PARTNER 

We are looking for a person who will support business activities, reacts quickly to assigned tasks, and give added value with a skillful approach and good knowledge of HR tools. 

Tasks &  Responsibilities 

• staffing logistics and responsibility for recruiting staff of the organization 
• professional development of the organization s personnel: employee orientation, development, and training
• involvement in the development and implementation of HR policy documents and handbooks in line with company corporate vision business growths plans 
• development and support to compensation and benefits systems 
• a key member of the personnel decision-making process 

Candidate Profile:

• MA degree of education 
• previous experience in the role(s) of HR to be able to demonstrate your complete understanding of the position
• ability to analyze and present information 
• extremely quick, well organized, and methodical in approach to problem-solving 
• excellent communication skills 
• ability to understand the legalities of business law concerning HR and employee employment rights with skilfulness in applying them to day-to-day work, company policy documentation, and staff welfare
