Responsibilities:

• Operational management of recruitment, training and evaluation departments
• Defining the development strategy and building a system of training and development
• Creating an effective system of work with personnel reserve
• Building productive relationships with internal business customers;
• Planning and managing budgets.

Requirements:

• Experience in large companies from 5 years;
• Successful experience of building systems for development and talent management;
• Knowledge of best practices in T&D.
