Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operational management of recruitment, training and evaluation departments
- Defining the development strategy and building a system of training and development
- Creating an effective system of work with personnel reserve
- Building productive relationships with internal business customers;
- Planning and managing budgets.
Requirements:
- Experience in large companies from 5 years;
- Successful experience of building systems for development and talent management;
- Knowledge of best practices in T&D.
