Antal International, a global recruitment firm, is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our client companies. The preferred candidate is located in Paris or demonstrates a willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Director in all HR-related matters
• Manage employees' lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, career development)
• Implement HR policies and act as a project manager and consultant on various HR topics

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in labour law, payroll, and C&B
• Master's degree in HR, business management, or economics
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (Chinese is a plus)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of French labour law
• Proactive, people-centric, and eager to grow in an international environment
