Role & responsibilities:

• Act as a Functional Analyst for Workday HCM, supporting Core HCM configurations across the employee lifecycle.
•  Act as the lead for IT audit engagements, covering ITGC, applications, and cybersecurity domains 
•  Conduct IT risk assessments and develop risk-based audit plans across the organization
• Evaluate IT control frameworks and ensure alignment with standards such as COBIT and NIST 
• Identify control gaps, assess risks, and recommend process and control improvements
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to perform control walkthroughs and audits 
• Prepare audit reports with actionable insights and track remediation of findings to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements 

Candidate requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in IT audits with strong focus on IT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management 
• Strong expertise in IT audit methodologies, control testing, and risk assessment frameworks 
• Deep knowledge of industry standards such as COBIT, NIST, and other regulatory frameworks 
• Experience auditing both applications and infrastructure supporting financial reporting processes 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with ability to work with senior leadership.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent preferred
