Job Description

In Romania, our client has established a strong presence for several years, boasting a stable and expanding team. As part of this exciting opportunity, the selected candidate will report directly to the Technical Director.

This position is ideal for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. The candidate must sometimes be available to travel, which would be required approximately up to 10-15% of the total time spent on the job.

Responsibilities as part of the role:

- Conduct laboratory tests using available equipment
- Perform flour analysis using laboratory equipment
- Prepare samples for clients
- Prepare quality documents (update technical specifications and prepare samples for analysis reports issued by an external company)
- Update and maintain ISO 9001 quality dossier
- Provide support for product promotion by conducting tests at B2B client sites

The ideal candidate will have:

- Higher education in the Food Industry
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate and analyze activities
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Intermediate to advanced level of English language proficiency
- Category B driver's license (optional)
