Manager - Internal Audit
• Leads a team delivering wide range of professional services with a main focus on Clients in Manufacturing, Contracting, Financial, Engineering, Educational and Service Sector.
• Looking after activities like Risk Based Internal Audit, Business Process Redesign and Documentation etc.
• Conducting Risk Assessment, identify & evaluate risk and controls for key business procedures.
• Evaluation of significant risks & controls and ensure comprehensive audit coverage for all activities under review.
• Develop and review Risk Assessment Controls Matrixes prepared by team members to ensure risks, controls and assurance procedures are defined as per standards.
• Evaluate system’s effectiveness through application of knowledge of business system, including financial, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, sales, treasury, HR other operations and support functions.
• Direct, counsel and coach subordinates and review their work for sufficiency of scope, leading the audit team to optimal performance.
• Writes and reviews audit reports prepared by team members and ensures the clarity and accuracy of the observations, risks/ impact and ensures the practicability of the recommendations
• Attends audit closure meetings with the process owners and communicates the audit results and the recommendations and reaches an agreement on the action plans, the responsible person for the implementation of the action plans and the timelines of the same.
• Review of presentation of audit findings, recommendation and management action plan to the Audit Committee.
• Develop and maintain auditee, staff and management relationship through individual contacts and group meetings.
• Guide and manage subordinates in performing audits and other assignments.
• Conducting performance reviews, providing performance feedback and imparting training to ensure an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment.
Must Have :
- 10+ years of experience, Min 3+ Managerial role.
- Qualified, CA, CPA, CIA (Must),
- Must Big4 Experience
- Diverse Industry background
- Native English speaker
