Job Details
- An Industrial Automation Sales professional for Life Sciences, F&B and FMCG vertical is responsible for selling automation solutions like PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, VFDs, and robotics specifically tailored to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Identifying customer needs within pharmaceutical facilities, designing customized automation systems to improve efficiency, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers within pharmaceutical companies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze pharmaceutical / life sciences & F&B manufacturing operations to identify automation needs, process optimization opportunities, and compliance requirements.
- Design customized automation solutions using PLC, SCADA, HMI, robotics, drives, and software from the company portfolio.
- Deliver technical presentations and proposals highlighting efficiency, quality, and compliance benefits in regulated environments.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards such as FDA, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP5.
- Collaborate with customers through regular site visits and office-based solution development.
